Derby day does my box in mate. Love it & hate it at the same time.
We could be 2 up at half time & I'd still be a bag of nerves.
I'd rather it be 0-0 a minute into stoppage time & then we pop one in, lol.

Agreed. I'm giving it the biggun, however I am, as always, nervous as hell for them.

Not surprised... He is (or was!) the best coach in the Premier League ?!?
Where is he at now... Bayern, PSG, Barca.... My memory fails me <doh>

I've called our defeat in each of the last 4 derbies. This is the first time in over 2 years I've really felt we will win.

I am as confident as I have ever been. Still a fair amount of trepidation though.

Mitrovic fills me with so much excitement. If he can channel his aggression he's the perfect player to have in a derby. Sissoko and Colo still worry me, their lack of heart will cost us a lot of point this year. And Blob Elliott.

If Mit doesn't do anything daft, he should cruise the derby. We need more people like him in the team that play with a bit of heart. Colo and Siss worry me. One isn't good enough and the other thinks he is top 4 quality when he isn't!

Elliot is Elliot. Hopefully we get someone in during January.

Fortunately Sunderland look even worse than us tbh, much easier start to the season. I just think as long as we play an attacking 4-4-2 type formation, Wij, Perez, Mitro will be far too much for their slow defence. I can hope, anyway.

I agree to a point. Wij is the man though. So stunned we got him.

Won't be ours for long. If/when we come out of this horrendous form, teams are going to start noticing Wij. He's playing class now but doesn't get a mention because of the team.
