4-5-1 at home more or less guarantees the result... I am not happy. I have become disillusioned and realistic...
Ha ha ha you could be on to something there Elland!!! We'll be lucky to avoid relegation at this rate, not worth spending any money going to watch from the sounds of it. Was thinking of travelling down to watch the away game to Fulham but probably won't get tickets with the reduced allocations. I can see Rosler getting the bullet soon with Cellinos track record. Evening all another depressing Saturday afternoon
At home and 2 shots on target, Sky commentary said Wood missed with two good chances, one was supposedly a sitter but his header was off target?
Next coach in it will be the same, Cellino dictates that formation I'm sure. Club only has two strikers now Erwin is loaned out...
If we'd held On to Mc Cormack we'd have probably another ten points. Like Him or loath him he was a class above anything we have now
I'm going to avoid debating the squad, selection, performance for a while. Just so disillusioned with everything now. Back to square one virtually, I want to believe things are better than 12 months ago but they are clearly not. Seemed it on paper but once again season over long before Christmas, relegation dog fight here we come...
You're lucky aristocracy, I became disillusioned a decade ago. I just hide it better than some of you guys here
We have done the proven approach with a manager who has tons of experience at this level and got teams out of this division in Warnock. We have done Mr Nice guy who again has plenty of experience at this level and knows what it takes to get promoted in McDermott. We have promoted from within, someone who knew the set-up and experienced with the youth in Redfearn We have done the professional approach in appointing a host of support staff from recruitment guys and support coaches all assisting Rosler. Where do we go from here? Do we point a finger at head of recruitment and say far too much money was spent on average players in Dallas, Wood and company?
Possibly but at least he spent money. The raping of our club for a decade hasn't helped. God knows how much money it'll take to fix what bates did to us. Maybe damage can't be fixed
We blame the bloke who has despite all the PR has taken Full control of everything from the pitch , the catering. the player recruitment, the coaching, the back room staff and the piss poor tactics...... This mad ****er is damaging the club in ways even bates never dreamed of. Despite everything we always had a team that gave us hope....
Spot on - great way to get supporters back by admitting defeat before youve really even started. Doh! I think I'll go and spend 35 quid for the next home match now out of my hard earned money, I might see more than a couple of shots on target if I'm really lucky. Bit like going to the cinema and paying top price for a film which has had poor reviews, although at least in a cinema you can fall asleep in a comfortable environment !
This is the main problem. Until he lets the people he employs get on with the job he employs them for, nothing will change. I've always maintained I'm not bothered who he owner is if he wants to move us forward but seems this guy thinks he's playing championship manager with our club.
