You can't truly answer that until they sell up. One thing for sure, the asset they purchased is worth a lot more now
I didn't say it wasn't profitable - I said that it wasn't lucrative enough considering how much money is invested. The returns aren't actually that great especially when you consider other business ventures.

City's owners use the club as an advertising/marketing tool. But you also can't knock what they have done for the local area and long term investment in local projects. Bill can happily sell his shares, will woods, earl and the rest? Also this profit for shares, I'm sure the small shareholders won't man when the shares they have suddenly increase in value...where were they when asking the board to invest....not putting money in that's for sure
