Pubs in Durham showing the WBA match

Does anyone know which (if any) pubs in Durham city center are showing the match on Saturday?

I have been doing a bit of digging for you and have been informed that a pub called The Shoes in Gilesgate will have the game on..

 

The library (varsity) will be your best bet city centre wise.

 

Edit: they aren't showing any of thr the three oclocls

 

I used to frequent Durham on a Saturday afternoon and don't think I ever saw a pub with a match on. Happy Wanderer in Framwellgate Moor normally have the games on - outskirts villages like Gilesgate and the like will normally show them but the Durham pubs rarely do from my experience.

 

Pisspoor isn't it. Lloyd's could get loads of extra business, they have loads of space for a projector.

Bells is probably the best chis and flips in the area. Just finished eating them with a glass of chardonnay ...touch of class see!

I live further out than gilesgate, but gets bells for my fish and chips. The new building is gash though.

Come to think on it the pub grub is okay..chips not great but burgers edible

It may have been last season or the season before but I watched us beat the nags at Wonga dome there...and had burger and chips. The staff had half and half shirts on and the pub was half and half greart atmosphere. We won as usual

 

The big companies won't do it though. Don't know if sky/but have them by the curly ones or not but the small, independent pubs don't have an issue. The angel and the woodman may do it but not certain?
