is anyone else having a problem with Netflix?
Just had lengthy conversations today, including their tech people ringing me twice from the U.S. and the last time they said they were having a few reports of issues from Karoo customers
I keep getting a message saying "title isn't available immediately" which can only be mended by unplugging TV and holding power button down for ten secs then it works.
To be fair they've been doing all sorts and have been ringing me rather than me ringing them...but it's still not sorted
    Anyone else?
    (Kodi users need not respond!)

Netflix and chill. Pfft I remember when it was "come round and we can watch a film". Classic uni line.

Have you tried using the Netflix app for Kodi? It's very good.

Watching Netflix right now. Did take a bit longer to start caching than normal but streaming HD perfectly. Could be some Karoo-specific routing or DNS issue.

They did say they'd had some problems reported from Karoo Land
I've sorted the problem by coming to the pub instead !

Netflix has been having some error for me where they send me a disk from a random part of my list instead of at the top.

I have to say they have been very responsive and helpful...but they haven't yet solved the problem. It's a brand new TV and they think it's something to do with the make (Panasonic) and Karoo but are still working on a fix. It's likely to be an update for the app
Ended up getting 3 calls on my mobile from San Fransisco yesterday and went way up through their technical team, but was still getting an error code that they didn't even have listed ! (I emailed them a screen shot at one point in case they thought I was reading it wrong)
It works if I unplug for a bit first, which I'll do for a week or so, but if that doesn't resolve it then I'll have to consider options

BBC head of tv Danny Cohen has handed in his notice and is rumoured to be moving to the USA. Netflix or Amazon have been talked about as possible destinations for Cohen.

Our Netflix is working fine on our LG TV. We watched Narcos for the first time last night, three episodes back to back, it's very good, a bit like a Colombian version of The Sopranos.
