Liverpool have sent Joe Gomez for a scan amid fears that the defender suffered an ACL injury playing for England under-21s last night. Tony Barrett ****ing England
Well that's Gomez and Lovren injured. We now have three fit centre backs and only one who is decent. Can we bring Ilori or Wisdom back from loan duty?
TonyBarretTimes Remarkable (and quite worrying) that Gareth Southgate said he hoped a possible ACL injury was "nothing serious." 14/10/2015, 19:15
Shame Joe's on such small wages it won't cost the FA much We should automatically increase everyone's wages 100x before internationals and drop them back down again afterwards Bankrupt the ****ing dinosaurs for their negligence
Shame for Gomez....might have had a chance with Klopp at the helm! I guess he was always meant to be one for the future...
both were season long loans so probably not. I have pointed out a number of times that we were so light defensively particularly FB (even if i include Enrique this time ) and with the EL commitment we will have a serious problem
Been over this... Probably in this thread. Not all hats... Just baseball caps... And actually not so much in training. Informal setting... Ok. Something important like a game... Grrr no. My concern is if it's at Anfield. Just seems a little unprofessional and disrespectful to a club to attend a game as a manager with a baseball cap on. As I said earlier. If he wins us games wearing a cap it's not a big deal. Ultimately it is unimportant... But yes, it does irk me when managers wear baseball caps when at a game. Almost as bad as chewing gum. You're out there on the front lines marshalling the troops for battle but too lazy to comb your hair?
Dont think it's disrespectful? If it's a sunny day, keeps the sun out of your eyes so you can see the pitch and game
... Besides... Baseball caps look too bloody American. If I want to see people looking like Americans I'll go to Wal-Mart.
