Watched it. Loved Hardy as Reggie but as Ronnie he was a bit of a caricature. Think that was the directing more than the acting though. Great film if a little confusing at times. I didn't know whether I was supposed to be laughing or crying at times. Waiting and hoping that they make a film about London at that time which shows the Krays as a pair of clowns, which by all accounts they were. They didn't rule London in terms of crime in the slightest. They were a pair of bullies who liked the limelight. The south London lot would make for a a far more interesting perspective.
Ive still only watched the first three series of game of thrones. I will watch the rest one day. Great viewing.
Have a look at the Tibb's family history who were long time East London hard family. They were to hard what the Kray's were to vicious.
Just watched a film called 42. An american baseball movie. I hate baseball. But it was the true story about some bloke called jackie robinson. The first black player to make it into major league and all the **** he went through in a segragated america. No blacks this. No blacks that. Went on to be one of the all time legends. Well worth the watch.
'Life of Brian' 'The constant Gardner' serious but I thought brilliant Haven't seen 'the Martian' yet but the book was long winded I recently watched series 1 & 2 of 'Black sails' which I thought was excellent
Ray Liotta? From Goodfellas? Lolita is the book/film about the bloke who falls in love and has a relationship with a little girl.
Should have been in more for me. Think he's been unlucky in that he was almost too good in Goodfellas. Got typecast.
