    Very close in again. I'm not sure what the defender was doing, looking for a free kick? He showed speed anyway.

    Hernandez has to be the biggest surprise this season, despite the stories about him wanting out, he hasn't sulked at all, he's just on with it and he seems to be getting better all the time.

    Most recent hat-trick was Fryatt against Barnsley, April 2012.

    The Scunthorpe one was February 2011.

    Never realised that in the season we were promoted, three different teams scored hat-tricks against us, more than any other team. David Nugent, Emile Sinclair and Kevin Phillips.

    I think Hernandez may have realised that he simply wasn't good enough last season and instead of sulking he's just got on with it and he's improving game on game.

    Like I said the other day he certainly looks as though he has the markings of a 15-20 goal striker this season. If he stays of course after January
