    Exactly so.

Looking forward to the red faces if it works out. It`ll be carnage.

Hope he gets a better lawyer than the one he had for his defence mind. <laugh>

Ah well - guess I should be locked up for rape then as I cheated on my first wife! <doh>

But she also cheated on me so should she be locked up too?

Rape is the most one-sided law in the country, it's a ****ing disgrace. I've seen a mate go through hell over this.

IMO there's no such thing as "being too drunk to consent". 90% of times when a lad gets done for that, he was just as hammered as the lass!

I'd bet more than half of blokes rotting in jail cells at the minute for rape are victims of a lass waking up and thinking "ergh, can't believe I slept with him. I'll claim I was too drunk to know what I was doing." Nothing boils my piss more, seriously.

EDIT: The Ched Evans situation is more a case of a money-grabbing whore, my post is just a rant at the rape law in general :p

I think you have that spot on fella.
I remember a case last year where two 15yo lads shagged a 14yo girl.
The lads had to be put on the sex offenders register for under age sex yet the lass who'd done exactly the same.
Another one sided law - divorce. Women cleaning their exes out & using children as weapons.
I've seen it mentally destroy men.

Her claim was that she had consensual sex with his friend, passed out and that's when Evans came in and started on her. Utter mess.
My dad used to work for the CSA and used to tell me a lot of stories about how heavily weighted in favour of the mother those laws are. And still youll get "feminists" campaigning about inequality etc, they often fail to mention those things.
Also, in America, I believe that there are more male rapes than female. (Mostly in prisons, but still). Why do we never hear about this?

I was lucky when I split up with my ex wife, no lawyers involved, we came to an agreement between us.
Little bit of chow off the CSA but that soon got sorted.
I know some lads who got totally screwed.

Financially I doubt I'll ever get back to where I was now at my age mate.

Legalised mafia, the CSA. The number of guys who killed themselves is a national disgrace.

Mate, I've worked with lads who were left in total despair.
One lad was suicidal one Monday morning as his ex lass had kicked off like **** because he was ten minutes late getting the bairns back on the Sunday neet due to a RTA. Bitch. <doh>

Trust me, the vast majority of the average joe workers know it's an utter shambles from top to bottom.

Their instructions come from the top unfortunately.

When it comes to footballers and rape convictions, I am never sure they are always 100% true. Seems all the girls growing up nowadays would love their names in the Sunday Sport, so easiest way is to cry rape when having consensual sex with a footballer. Titus got accussed how many times? Never convicted. he needed to learn to keep it in his pants. I don't think AJ is guilty personally (although he may well be), and I dont think Ched is guilty either. It's just how society is nowadays.

I hear in the NFL there is a person who's sole job it is is to instruct new recruits on how to avoid these sorts of things. Always wear a franger. Always take it off yourself, and put in the toliet and flush, never blow inside a girls mouth, take her to the toliet and shower with her etc etc. So many things to avoid this sorta ****. And they are fair game, the publicity and money they earn.

Sad to say, but there are some wise and practical words in that last paragraph. I guess it's just a sign of the times we live in. It's a tough cynical world we live in these days.

basically one night of drunken passion can turn into 18 years of child support, and guaranteed none of it will go on the child. Living in Oz I can escape most of it, but when im in the UK, and even checking out the Daily Fail, there is nothing but chicks who have no claim to fame or anything in magazines through kids born to footballers, or some ****ty reality show. If i was a footballer, i would be like exactly how I am now when I'm working in Africa. Keeping it my ****in pants.

That first sentence applies to all of us. But these young lads, earning a bloody fortune, have a bulls-eye pinned in their back everytime they go out for a few beers with their mates.
