Wam Bam Sam's the Man.... Do the business big fella and eternal gratitude and legendary status awaits..
I wonder if we get an apology from the Daily Mail and Talksport for stating that Big Sam and everyone else had turned us down?
He just needs to learn to be not Mr Rentaquote and practice driving out of every car park with the windows up!
The only reason the press keep going to him is because he`s an idiot but he can`t see it because he`s an idiot.
He's just living on so-called past glories now. I'm struggling to remember his golden moments. I used to like the guy as well. Strange how no ones apparently chasing him with job offers.
Who's happy with the 2yr deal? If so do you see big Sam evolving SAFC into a top 10 PL side? Will he be here for the 17/18 season?
Better than the end of season stuff that was touted about. Nothing to stop it being extended. Seems reasonable to me.
I doubt many will complain if we`re winning games. It`s a bit of an all encompassing statement though. It`s not as if he parks the bus and draws every match. His teams do score the odd one or two. If you mean the target man thing I certainly didn`t mind Quinn doing that. That worked ok.
How many on here would lose their left nut for a decent run! Lol.. I suppose I'm asking the questions many are thinking on here, I'm backing Sam mate for sure! Just wondering the old faithfuls thoughts on his tenure ...
twat. I find it a bit odd that. if he does concentrate on defence (something we`ve been screaming needs urgent attention) he would be berated? Pulis would be lauded as a wonder coach for doing the same thing. It has to be the priority. The rest I`ll take as it happens.
You looked at 'old' instead of 'Faithful! I'm not berating pops, been on here a few years now and I distinctly remember the hate for our new managers football.. Like I said he's red n white so I'm backing him.. Just laughing at fellow fans hiding under there rocks!
I know you`re not mate but there are those who will. If it has to be boring to stave off relegation then so be it. He`s got a job on his hands just doing that. January could bring some changes but until then it`s going to be interesting to see what he does with what he`s got.
He's just had his feet under the desk for 19 hours Aussie. If he stops the rot and keeps us up he'll be a hero. If he can have us consistently competing with the likes of West Ham and Palace (which just gives us some idea of the task in hand when that's said out loud!), he'll be a superhero! If he can do that I'll be a happy bunny for the next 2-3 seasons.
'Consistency' the big fella will create that within the squad for sure! Jan excites me especially for the fact that it will be his dealings.. DOF doesn't suit suit a PL struggler..
