    Morning Yorkie, morning Al.

I thought I was early, but beaten to it again. Heavy rain overnight woke me up several times. After the long hot dry spell we are in the middle of a very unsettled period. The hot weather has produced what has been described as a mediocre harvest and now the people with their sunshades and beach bars are moaning about the lack of customers.

Góðan daginn til allra. Cappuccino, coffee, tea and donuts are on the bar.

Frothy cappuccinos for al HH Leon and W_Y
Coffees for COYH, Frenchie, Kev, rob and theo
    Strong coffee for Sandy
    Milky coffee for Yorkie
Strong black coffees for Bragi Norway and zen
Teas for BHD jsybaz and Millens
    Coffee and cake for Minx
    Caramel latte for Hornette
    A chocolate monster for BBW
    Espresso for SuffolkHorn
And a redwine for NZ as he is so ahead of us in time

Today looks like it will perhaps be good. We have a blue sky with some clouds and the threat of 12C.

I was looking for Chris Iwelumo and do not understand why the club is regarding him. He is the same age as Heiðar Helguson and is not as successful.

    Morning All, thanks Ak!!

I didn't realise Iwelumo was that old... only a couple of weeks older than me :)

Helguson has just signed a new contract, which no doubt will be on better terms on what we can give him - so might be his last big contract, and last go at the Premiership - so good luck to him! As for Iwelumo, I guess it's for experience when surrounded by such young heads. I think there are better targets, but sure he could do a job at us, all the same!

<ok> - with you on that one AK. He's not a signing that inspires me with confidence - more a 'time-will-tell' type.

Things could be worse though - I nearly choked laughing into my coffee when I read that cardiff are bidding for Kenny Miller. MM must be lowering his aims - must simply be looking at survival for this season <laugh>

I think the Cardiff fans are starting to get frustrated with the lack of signings, especially 'big name' signings! Be interesting if in a months time they still haven't brought anyone else in.... Could be a long season for MM :)

    Afternoon all

Back from shopping in time for lunch and news of a new signing. Hope it's not going to mean too many long balls.

Hopefully the board's answer will be a simple middle finger! We don't need to sell, and unless a player pushes for a move, I don't think we will! Obviously it was mainly our own fault, but I think the whole Cowie thing has soured the board even more towards Malky, so will not be willing to do business with him! Not even sure the signing of any of our players will appease their fans either... no big enough names for them!!
