It might have escaped your attention but there is no footy for 8 days... If a debate takes place on a thread that has run its course who is it hurting? If i was a cynic I might think you took the thread down because it had identified the mole, and the suermods were being asked some serious questions by the none crackpots on here. It could look like more fence sitting. Obviously it isnt but it could look that way.... Tis had become the thread of the oppressed and any others that started lated should have been merged with this one. You cant tell us that the caption thread is considered a football thread. Make your response plausible or the credibility gap will be bigger than even an estate ageents soft soap will be able to hide.
Perhaps you could put a vote up about whether the super mods stay off our board? You got the balls? Given whats gone on I would put one up asking if they should resign! anyone else agree with that?
There are about a dozen relevent posts on this thread (that hold some weight) It would just hold more weight without the first 2 pages
Kim it would carry more weight and be less likely to be hit by an abuse of power if you did it than me. I will vote after I get back from a friday evening sherbert.
I try and encourage as many people as I can to come to the forum. If there are more posts about moderation issues then there are about Leeds, then they are not going to join in.
The caption thread was on its way to page two. If it upsets your sensibilities soooo much rename the thread and delete the caption stuff...... simples its a good job you can flog houses mate, you would starve if you had a proper job...
If you dont sort the moderation out you are likely to lose those you already have. Not sure the caption comp is the place peeps come to get their footie fix. it is an off topic thread.. Its just more off topic than usual... Go back and tell them you tried but the trouble causers wouldnt be controlled. Minxy and roy will give you a biscuit and a pat on the nose for trying..... fooking hell you are obvious....
