Q1 Was scrimping on the budget worth losing the best manager we could possibly have at this point in time?

Q2 You've winged it for the last three seasons by starving the squad of proper investment in an attempt to balance the books,(despite the debt being obtained under your ownership)and turned our club into a conveyor belt for players and coaching staff, if we stay up can you promise to stop making the same mistakes over and over and provide proper investment for the squad in order to to build a squad with a solid backbone, to help solidify our place in the league without the constant wholesale changes, without the constant loan culture and managerial changes, to actually stabilise the club and actually put us in a position in order to compete and possibly even improve into a regular mid table team?

I'm not really convinced of that and hopefully whoever comes in will prove the statement wrong. Was he the best manager we could possibly have if he couldn't get our defence sorted?

2. Solar Chelsea is one of the highest profile youth football clubs in the US. Would you consider a Sunderland version of this? An Academy of Light in your native Missouri sounds like a winner and a no-brainer to me.

 

1. Have you considered that the managers are not the root cause of the major issues at the club and if so will you conduct a thorough investigation into these causes in order to rectify any issues?
2. What are your long term goals for this club and how do you intend to achieve said goals?

He tried, but has had to go back to JOS again, this was the problem, he had very poor alternatives in YK and SC who looked like strangers with two useless full backs either side of them and little cover from the wide positions, the defence has been an absolute shambles from day one, only in the last couple of games has it improved, but their is a hell of a long way to go in that department before we can be confident. This was not DA's fault, but probably Shorts, is this is why Congerton is leaving, we will probably never know.
