Wouldn't it be nice if all football players showed the level of respect to the officials as standard in rugby. Surely it could be achieved if FIFA had the backbone to address the problem.
Funny how the FA have only acted on a referee being crowded so far into the season. I would have thought they would have chosen a bigger team and earlier to make their point. The again you can't have Louis, Arsène or José squealing about victimisation, and with the media darlings involved as well we have a perfect situation to flex the FA's muscle. A pity they don't act on referees giving stupid penaltie or making decisions that make them star of the show or the ridiculous business of imitation card brandishing players. How many of our players were involved anyway? I only saw Troy, Etienne and Heurelho, but three is a crowd.
