In English law, I believe you are considered incapable of consenting to sex if you are drunk or intoxicated by drugs. Not sure about the filming, but that becomes a moot point. Still, if there's new evidence we should wait and see I suppose.
This is the law which must worry an awful lot of people on a Saturday night....well Sunday morning. It's a strange one. People do it all the time and it's even made a joke of on TV when someone wakes up with someone they don't know and can't remember what happened. Anyone who watches The Big Bang will think of Raj and Penny (American I know but that's the one that comes to mind, it's in English programs too).

The right is actually to say yes. If a person doesn't say yes then it is taken as a no. So if she said nothing then it is also wrong. As I said even if she agreed to the sex, she may not have agreed to the filming etc which again is against her rights.
An 11 year old boy shoots dead an 8 year old girl in the US. He's been charged with first degree murder as a juvenile. Again, an incident that could have been avoided if gun laws were tightened. It doesn't seem to matter how many - this is what it says at the end of the article: The Gun Violence Archive, a not-for-profit organisation that compiles data on gun violence in the US, says 559 children aged 11 or under have been killed or injured in the United States in gun violence so far this year. It's quite sickening and this is the country that considers itself the World's policemen!
