    Yep. Let's have no trial by mob and media. Previously I tried to stay open minded until his conviction. So the conviction could turn out to be unsafe. Pause for thought.

    Depends what the new info is. He may not have raped the girl but him and his mates still took advantage of a drunk girl. They filmed it, they degraded her. They treated a teenager as if she was just a thing. Then after the case his mates and close ones targetted her for disgusting abuse. So even if he is cleared of rape, the guy is a disgusting human being.

    Yes, I do get that and completely agree. The thing is, he's not being tried for being a really nasty and vile person. If he was then a significant number of people within the UK would have to join him in the box. But as I said, I agree with the feeling.

    Being filmed having sex or doing a sexual act should be done with consent. There should be also be consent about sharing it. It's why revenge porn sites are getting shut down. Being intoxicated should automatically count as a non consent for filming or pics etc.
