Nah we just bought a duffer. Coaching has been fine when there has been talent. Look at the likes of Cabaye or HBA. They played some of their career best football under that coaching. Haidara just doesn't have it. We should never have sold Santon and he wasn't a great defender. He was however only 23-24 and far far better than both Dummett and Haidara.

Fair enough on Colo, but plenty were saying he was good enough and it was just Willo. Bottom line is take Mbemba out and the other 3 can't defend. Even Janmaat who is better than Haidara and Colo, has positional issues and discipline issues. Carry maybe carry one for what he gives you in attack but 3? Not a chance. We have the worst defence in the league bar none.

Haidara wasn't given fair enough of a chance really. But, I don't see much potential at this level for him. I think he could be a useful back up, or we should just sell the lad on. He's CC standard.

It will make no difference who plays or what formation we play. We could play 5-5-5 and we would still get effing beat due to the general shyte attitude and skill of the majority of the players. I fear this may be the season when the last 8 years of bad management really comes home to roost. Hand on heart, I am really struggling to see us winning a game anytime soon. The pressure on the players(well deserved by the way and pressure on the manager(feel a bit sorry for him) must be immense. I dont think either are able to perform or think intelligently because of that. The press are loving it too, writing crappy inaccurate articles day after day along with ex players chucking their tuppenence in as well. Under those circumstances I would defy any footballer to be able to play their normal game. I fear the worst but i will still keep hoping. We need a run like last last year, that comes out of nowhere.

The idea that players and manager have gone loopy lou because of pressure is just daft, no different for any team in the Premiership or lower leagues, probably even worse for the lower leagues where there isn't the money, if you can't deal with this pressure then you shouldn't be there in the first place, Pardew did it for 4 years and got results out of most of these players last season when in the same position, McClaren needs to get a hair cut and get a grip.

I personally think we need 6 points out of the next 2 games and nothing less. For some confidence if nothing else. The derby could have either come at a good time to help us get back on track or it could totally finish us off. Vital for us to win I feel.

I'll tell you how bad things are now. I'm working as an English teacher in Istanbul at the moment. My class on Sunday morning was made up of mainly lads and they were pretty much all from Syria, Libya or North Africa, refugees of one sort or another. I thought I would introduce the topic of "where are from" and who is your favourite football team". They all support English Premier league teams. When they asked who my favourite team was and I answered, "Newcastle." They all started laughing!! I mean they were really laughing. "Teacher, Teacher, they laughed, "Why do you support Newcastle. They are ****, yes?" I couldn't think of good reason as to why I support this rabble, so I changed the topic. The news of the ****tiness of this club is spreading very rapidly outside the confines of Europe. We will soon be a worldwide story, #NEWCASTLEAREFUCKINGSHITE.

The Squad is set up to play a diamond, we should give it a go.

    Mitro - Perez

    Thauvin

    Sissoko Wij

    Colback

    Haidara - Colo - Mbemba - Janmaat

Would allow De Jong to come into the side for Thauvin at the point, Janmaat to provide the width, Cisse to play in a pair

Sissoko and Wij to break with pace through the middle

As long as Coloccini is in our starting 11 we will struggle to pick up points.

4-4-1-1. It's all we have the brains and staff to do. Personally, I'd get Sissoko out and make Janmaat captain.

Krul; Janmaat, Mbemba, Colo, Mbabu; Obertan, Anita, Wijnaldum, Aarons; Perez; Mitrovic.

I think we could do with a bit of captain chaos in the team. Not at the back though as we have plenty back there. Not up front because we have Mitro. More in midfield which just resembles JPFs lifeless floppy flaccid penis after 2 pints. Anita, Colback, Sissoko - its like a who's who of being nobody

im calling it now, we will do alright this season after what was a tough start and once we start hitting some form players like mitro and gini and mbemba are gonna make big differences, we will be top ten ish. im willing to bet, twenty..no...ten fantasy football points on it, whereas we mentally deduct and add the score to our respective total scores. Which man will take this bet?
