    He is finding it hard to defend Mr Madley on our penalties, it is overacting by Manio that lost us the first one, wrong to book Sadio, he was fouled after all, myopic for the VVD shirt pull, two other players also fouling at the same time, makes you wonder what the assistant is looking for? No penalty for the Chelsea shout and the Referee apparently got the decision right by mistake!

    You kinda get the impression that Mane needs to play for he top 4 to get these calls, so they look for reasons to not give them. I'm just pleased that the lad is built so he can take all the clumsy tackles he receives!

    I see Koeman has let it be known [probably just the merest mention] that Saints fans need to enjoy Sadio while he's with us. Personally, I think that's a rare error. Not the enjoyment, of course we'll do that. No, the error is making any suggestion to the media that Mane may leave Saints one day. In Europe they'd get the inference. In this country it is a bone for them to chew greedily at. They will leap all over his suggestion at every opportunity, and if there isn't one they'll invent one. Saints don't need the manager opening lines of enquiry when the media vultures are circling.

    Yes, but his booking was after his fifth bookable tackle and he dodged a blatant second yellow with a deliberate trip.
