Let's start looking after ourselves and then we can think about fliging money down the drain. All our citizens (that's right STD, no matter, colouyr, race, sexual orientation etc) deseve the support of this country. Inherent racist, homophobic, bigots like STD cannot get their heads around this and would like to see us plunge further into acceptance as a Third World Country. Let's get Britain and her citizens back on track and stop wasting honest taxpayers money on causes that we cannot commit to.
I agree that we should not be throwing money at corrupt 3rd World nations because that money does not go anywhere near where it is intended to go to. How much money has been pumped into African countries over the years? And yet nothing is different as the people of those countries still live in poverty and the leaders live in luxury. All aid should be stopped until two things happen. First, we get our own house in order by reducing the national debt and increasing the standard of living for our own citizens; and second, the corruption in the 3rd World countries has come to an end.
Bang on the money. Us humanitarians must stick together and help the world in the right way. Not prop up dictatorships and people who won't wear johnnies or insert coils up their front bottoms. And that so includes the catholic fraternity.
