Pellegrini probably wants Bony to start scoring - now might be a good time!

Pellegrini is a right twat for that. The chance to break a premier league record with a double hat-trick?! I'd be fuming!!

That's Vardy out of the England squad.

Sure FLT, I agree with what you've put there in particular the below:
My opinion is that on Pelle's off days (my original point/post), he's sometimes overly slated for being wasteful with possession/distribution and/or supposedly has lack of ability to successfully bring others into play. However, sometimes the reaction is overly critical regards the player's overall level of talent regards how he may or may not perform in the future. We know how good he is, he's just had an off day. On the flip side of that same coin, today for example he had a good day in that very same area of his game.

Linked with this player this morning, can't say I know a lot about him....

Everton, Liverpool and Southampton are interested in signing £12m-rated Ajax winger Anwar El Ghazi (Sunday People).

He had an outstanding day, but please remember my post was about football play in general aimed at your comment about going backwards with possession. It was not about Pelle. Sorry to re-iterate, but some people (not you) read other things into what's posted.

I am a huge believer in 'good possession is better than just getting it forward incase something happens'

Ridiculously talented. Currently scoring for fun in the Eredivisie, might well evolve into an out-and-out striker. Almost assuredly not available for 12m, and certainly not going to be a Saint.

I said it on here when City were first being linked to Bony: it would be an awful signing, for all parties (except for Bony's bank account and maybe Swansea, depending on how they were to reinvest the funds.).

He wasn't going to be good enough for City. He wasn't going to fit into their system/style of play. And he wouldn't start to many games, due to Aguero existing.

I gave him 18 months at City, and I stick by it. Come the summer, he'll be off. And most likely, other big clubs wont be interested in him because of his record at City. Which means him going abroad, or going back to a Swansea-level type PL club. Which would include ourselves, I should add...
