He just needs to realise he isn't a coach. Whilst he is in charge of our yoof, we will never progress.
As much as I love Pearce for all he did as a player... I can't disagree with your above comments. Sorry mate, here it is... www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0OCRrvMBpA
Captain... I absolutely detest that cheating German b*****d...!! I'll never forget when Milan played Monaco in the 1994 European Cup semi final and that cheating little git was writhing around on the floor as if he had been shot after a tackle from Alessandro Costacurta. However, slow-motion replays showed that Costacurta had caught nothing more solid than the air around Klinsmann's shins. From that moment on his reputation as a cheat was unequivocally confirmed...!! Anyway... Milan, stuffed Monaco and went on to beat Barca 4:0 in the final, and all without their two first choice CB's (Costacurta and Baresi). Panucci and Galli came in and looked assured up against the legendary pairing of Romario and Stoichkov. Imo Klinsmann was one of the first and definitely the most high profile player to blatantly dive in order to cheat the referee. I firmly believe that had the powers that be have clamped down and made an example of him, that we wouldnât see the level of blatant cheating that blights our game today. Rant over... sorry...
Isn't it odd how the greatest of footballers resort to theatrics and cheating? Maradona, Klinsmann and Rivaldo - all supremely gifted but also adept at the most shocking foul-play. But the Italians would never play dirty would they...
Never- like Materazzi.. Zidane's head never made contact with him, but yet ZZ was sent off. Disgusting
I'm ok now Dick... Someone once said to me that counting to ten helps calm you you down... Does it hell.... I did it ten times got to a hundred then thought, sod it that no good cheating German git is getting it... . Ponders... The Italians were the masters of the dark arts. But they're not German so it's ok... ... only joking... I detest diving regardless of who does it. As good as those players you've listed are, in my eyes they'll always be tarnished for their diving ways. I grew up watching Italian football and the Milan team between 91 and 95 was without doubt the best i've ever seen. For me it's tragic to see the state of Italian football today. Imo that Milan side would ruin seria A in it's sleep and just about any other top league in Europe.
Wait for the Manager one at the end talk about setting an example
