I thought Ancelotti was brilliant the last time and it was a huge mistake getting rid of him. Still, s**t happens and time will tell.
The problem with Mourinho compared to normal people is that everything is extremes. Things are either brilliant or they're awful. Currently they're awful and Chelsea seems to be a toxic team. It's a long way back from toxic!
I think toxic is a bit harsh but a lot of work needs to be done. It could take a year or two. I'm not planning trips to Derby and Sheffield Wednesday just yet though.
