You're being undeservedly chipper, G4E! With the way that everyone seems to be turning on Wenger, and what with the Arsenal board being senile and clueless, the real worry for you Gooners has got to be that you'll end up with McClaren or Rodgers!

I am chipper at the moment because my life is good, whereas football is just football.
When Rogers leaves Liverpool he will be out of work for a while but he won't end up at Arsenal but he may turn up at Spurs in a couple of seasons time.
McLaren when he leaves Newcastle in 6 weeks time will disappear or become a pundit on Dutch TV as he speaks the lingo fluently :)

If you genuinely believe that Rodgers, having failed at a club that we see as inferior to us, will be accepted by Levy as the manager of Spurs, then you are an idiot!

...and if Sunderland end up losing to the Spanners, Dicky-boy will be joining him on the dole-queue.

The North East is going to be a miserable place, this weekend. Well... more miserable than it normally is!

I may have just lit a fuse, over on the Toon's match-day thread....

I think there's a lot of manager mud slinging going on without sadly any mention of the Sherwoodinator. Surely as one egomaniac leaves anfield, another in the shape of our Tim will be coming in?

It makes you wonder if Newcastle and Sunderland have made a bet to see who can get relegated first <laugh>

I'm using some of my best wums on the Toon board, but I'm getting no where!

Mind you, there is a massive humour-gap between North and South. For example, they laugh at the antics of a pissy tramp trying to get into the crinkly stockings of a Wayne Rooney wet-dream-girl, so it's probably little wonder my superlative wit is drawing a complete blank.

The Cup Winner's Cup final with Monaco. You got me there.
I totally forgot that Wenger has failed twice as badly as McClaren in European finals.

I'd forgotten he had taken Monacco to a European cup final! So he's got to three European cup finals.
