Who is Grealish? Has he done something special that I should have taken notice of?

You don't act like a **** around camera phones. He'll have learnt that now. Rooney never has mind.

I don't think Footballers should be getting ****ered like that in the off season but I don't see it as a reason for months of abuse.

They've got 10 or so weeks off. During that time I think young lads need to be able to let their hair down during the summer break and act like normal kids, but be back in full training before the season starts.

The lad hasn't done anything and you're slating him mate. As you say... He's a kid so maybe wait until he's done something wrong to give him grief.

Its more the fact that you had England and Ireland battling over the lad who has actually done sh!t all and has not even proven himself at Premiership level yet. Perfect for the England squad then!!

Has he classed himself as a top player? Slightly odd thread unless I'm missing something

For what it's worth, he seems to be one who genuinely loves the game and would be an ardent fan if not playing. There are a thousand footballers I'd criticise before Jack Grealish.

Do you think that there might be someone compiling a list of 500 players that are worthy of some sort of criticism (go on Monty, lad) <laugh>

Bit of a generalisation. From what I've heard from Grealish himself and those that work with him, he seems a very grounded and likeable kid.

I can understand some angst towards young footballers in general. I just think you've actually picked out one who doesn't fit the negative stereotype.

He's literally just said he wants to play for his country.

No offence Vince but you're coming across as a bit of a dick here. There's people to incessantly give grief to. This lad hasn't proven himself to be one of them yet.

I know mate! Contender for the nicest chap on the board I'd suggest. You just seem to have a bee in your bonnet about Grealish and I can't really figure out why.
