Yes, it's seriously scary, isn't it? Many I've spoken to want to limit guns but some of them are rabid NRA supporters and keep trotting out the mantra of "the only way to stop this is to arm everyone ........" It defies belief
Obviously something needs to be done with their attitude towards guns & the laws surrounding the purchase and possession of them. The question is though, how would they even begin to go about banning them? A gun amnesty? Restricting the supply of ammo? Limiting possession to military barracks or shooting ranges? (I believe they do this in Switzerland) - at the end of the day the problem has become so widespread and out of control that it's really hard to see a solution any time soon.
If it is possible to microchip a dog, your car, computer, why not a gun? There's a case of a sniper firing on vehicles in another part of the US. A microchip on the gun could tell us who the owner is of fired gun.
Almost in the oh-so-funny (not) words of Kenny Everett "Let's go and bomb the Americans". It would be the GOP's solution.
Just fixed a rusted pad lock with wd40 and a hammer. Kept thinking "this won't work, I'm going to need bolt cutters". Now it's worked, I feel more satisfied than I think I should.
Been gyming since 18 with no bad injuries. As soon as I did my first ever burpee I break my thumb. So I just blame them.

I got asked to ha. I was doing fine until my thumb snapped right behind me. It was basically my ligament that broke my thumb, due to it pulling the bone apart. Even when I am a PT I won't be making people do it.
