lol one of the very few times that I missed the game. And it's probably the first time when I have no valid excuse for missing it.

Have no desire to watch this game which shows you how bad things have gotten under Rodgers. I'm hopeful that one more bad result and Rodgers is gone.

Think it's quickly going to be a choice between keeping Rodgers or keeping Coutinho......

Sakho is by far and away our best defender.., he's quality and when played regularly will show why

Changing formations isn't as bad as you may think. Managers have to adapt and tweak things during the game depending on the dynamics.

However, the best managers are able to drill each tweak and change he implements, and the players know their roles and responsibilities. This is a big problem with Rodgers - players don't know what they're supposed to be doing. They're simply not being coached.

And whilst may not agree but it's why we were so successful in 13/14 because we had Suarez who was playing with a free license.

Unfortunately, we no longer have a world class player to carry this team so we need tactical structure and discipline.

No, you tried to somehow decry them them as being valid, due to the fact they were scored against such supposedly ****e opposition, and it's come back to splatter in your grid <laugh>

Oh and the comparison with Liverpool is called context <doh>

Can and Clyne look tired to me. I think they've both played 8 games consecutively (can someone confirm) so no wonder they're making mistakes.

  12. Don't compare him to a good striker whatever you do. compare him to Lambert, Balotelli, Borini and a injured Studge instead #context <laugh>

Surprised so many are fuming. I wish I could show emotion for that result - are we not used to this mediocrity yet?

The only positive is that he's probably gone if we lose the Derby.

Another massive fail I'm afraid pal, as you were trying to deny his goal scoring total of 20 last season by taking the piss out of the 4 he scored against Young Boys. It doesn't look quite such a piece of piss now does it? #thepoint

Do you know what Jimmy, I texted my sister after the game bemoaning the lost two hours of my life and she said what you've just posted. I turned down £200 of overtime to watch that, so God knows how the poor ****ers who actually went feel like.

I remember the last days of Benitez and I was in Liverpool when we played Wolves at home. My brother-in-law had a spare ticket for free and it wasn't even on the telly, but I still turned it down. I'll watch the derby (more in hope than anticipation) but I just can't be arsed any more.

Can was utter ****e tonight and Clyne looked like he had a nose bleed being so far ahead of his right back berth

  17. Get over yourself. You were spunking over his goals against the mighty Young Boys so we were taking the piss. That is it. You can try to return that now since Sion are worse than young Boys but the difference is, we know we're **** and accept that our strikers bar Studge aren't good enough. We're not trying to defend them or make out they're the next Ronaldo (fat Brazilian one).

If you wish for actual context then maybe you should cast you mind back to the actual conversation rather than picking random parts of it in an attempt to make Lukaku look better than he is. Better still, you could not bother trying to compare him to anyone and just look at what he does, that would be much better tbh.

If you do cast your mind back, you might remember (or see comments since you're incapable of remembering) me defending Lukaku and claiming he was (and still is) the better player between him and Benteke. Yep, proper trying deny his abilities there aren't I? <laugh>

    #fail #context

Edit: not actually claiming you said Lukaku was the next Ronaldo btw, its could exaggeration <ok>

Didn't see the game so can't comment - but as I mentioned, both players have played a lot of football over past 2-3 weeks, Can in particular which included 120 mins against Carlisle.

    Poor management from Rodgers.
