I personally believe that the amount of foreigners is a massive problem and will only get worse over the next 5 years.

My theory is to make all clubs worldwide to contain at least 6 homegrown players in there starting 11 at least 2 must be academy graduates. I understand this is currently no possible but give clubs a deadline of say 2020 to get themselves sorted out for this. Would save a lot of national teams and get teams to put a lot more effort into there academies.

What despairs me though is the amount of players the richer clubs then loan them out all over Europe. We need a ruling that if they sign them they should keep him to play or if he fails within a certain period of time he is sold on. I believe Chelsea have thirty three players out on loan in this way and Bayern are not far behind..

Foreign playets kopping all the flack yet not one mention of foreign managers and foreign owners.

    20 teams in the prem.

How many are owned or managed by these foreigners that are apparently ruining the prem?

Just take SAFC. Owned by a yank. Managed by a cloggie.

Maybe this should be looked at firstly.
