This is becoming tedious. SFC should ban questions with no other intent than to help clickbait big club fans. Grrrrr.

 

Maybe Ron should play the language card and say he doesn't understand the question every time its about <another big 4 club insert name here>?
Maybe he should misunderstand all the questions about Manchelarse and answer them as though they were about Saints or a Saints player he decides he wants to talk about? I'd pay money to watch that and we'd need a camera on the press to see the reaction.
Maybe he should answer all Qs about the bore 4 in Dutch?

I'm just throwing some ideas around ...

I wonder whether it might be useful to send the club an email and ask them to ask the media, from the Southampton fans, if they could shut the **** up about teams we are not in the slightest bit interested in, and if we were we would have plenty of opportunity to find news of them elsewhere, because it is practically wall-to-wall coverage of the top 4.
In our pre-match news conferences we'd like 9 of any 10 questions to be about Southampton pretty please, if that isn't asking too much, thank you. And if you can't think of any questions about Southampton, don't bother with any others.

Personally [and this isn't exaggerating] I would rather know about what curiosities have been found off Sadio Mane's boots when he comes off the training pitch, rather than hear endless stuff about top 4-6 opposition. I don't mind about Swansea and others because you never get to hear about them without trying to find out.

 

I suppose I am guilty of a similar trait in the Match thread, I don't say much about the Saints because I assume you already know all that there is to know, so I don't preach to the converted. Lawro reckons 2 - 1 to Chelsea.

Next time tell us ALL about Southampton FC, because some of us might not know. Then you can add a bit about the opposition afterwards. For example, their name.
