Right. If this woman passes an HRT test she is given right to remain in this country. And she is therefore entitled to get a job. I didn't just work for the DWP.... I worked specifically on Pension Credit!!! And you've got it wrong again. NO-ONE could get a mortgage while claiming PENSION CREDIT (NOT PENSION!!!!!) and that's NOT what I've said. She WOULD however get a mortgage before reaching State Pension age.... which is as I'm sure you're aware now on the rise and is no longer when you reach 60!!!
