Dublin's alright. But the Guinness is more expensive there than it is in London ffs.

    Depends were you drink.

Anytime I asked someone in London directions not one person refused. Was a guy on a train going into London from Crystal Palace, totally unprompted, who told us to get off at London Bridge and wander up towards the wheel along the river. A great 45 minute walk. And you're paying more for Guinness in one of the pubs there than anywhere in Ireland ffs.

While I applaud Class War's efforts to rid the East End of trendy oirish twats and their even more twattish clientelle, I am also a capitalist looking to make my fortune...

Toast Busters - for £3.50 you get a plate, a knife, a choice of white or brown bread and the use of a toaster. Butter and spreads are 50p extra per item.

    What d'ya reckon?

Been a few times. Nice architecture. Full of Londoners though which goes against it. Do you live there? Are you a billionaire or do you live in one of the ghetto areas?

I lived in London near on ten years and loved it,was a North London lad lived in Walthamstow, Finsbury Park,Holloway Rd,Turnpike Lane and Crouch End and a brief stint in Hampstead. My sister on the other hand was a South Londoner,Dulwich and now Herne Hill and she'll never come back.I loved London but no wouldn't go back(to live that is),did me time.Dublin on the other hand,my city but expensive and a lot of shysters and legal ones at that.A case in point my mate going to Croker last week went into the Palace Bar,lovely pub and traditional with nicotine stained ceilings the lot,€5.80 a pint so he had 1 and went up to Joxer Dalys on Dorset St. and paid €4 a pint and nearer the ground, bit of a dump but before a match that will do.

Loved the parnell mooney. Cheap swally and a chance of a scrap. Couldn't beat snow off a rope these days right enough.
