"Flowing liquid water, essential to life, is almost certainly present on Mars, scientists believe."

So, after all that hype they`re still not sure.

Hey diddles - two good interesting posts, and I enjoyed them. Thank you. It's understandably a bit quiet football-wise and something fresh like that helped. Well done, mate.:emoticon-0148-yes:

Only if you're an evangelical Christian and you believe in the book of Revelations!

Too many on here are worried about extreme Islam. It's the right-wing Christians that scare the **** out of me.

I wouldn`t worry about them mate. One whiff of End Times and all the dozy buggers will be off up a mountain somewhere. <laugh>

No mate, just the opposite. We need a winner out there. And the Russians don't usually **** around! They don't worry about rules, Geneva Convention or what the media think. They go in and ****ing sort it.

Like the yanks should have done years ago!

Putin will help sort out ISIS.

That`s exactly what`s needed. After all ISIS don`t have any.

In the meantime our lot are pissing about debating whether drone strikes are legal. <doh>

We should build a giant hose pipe and send one end to Mars, give the eco system a kick start. Seriously though I seem to recall reading about how we could artificially manipulate the atmosphere of Mars to produce rain and then life as a result.

No doubt if anything like that did happen it'll be thousands and thousands of years in the future. Makes me feel weird to think we'll all be long gone by then. Makes football seem less than trivial in a way.

There's more atmosphere on Mars than there is at Old Trafford most home games. Doesn't prove there's life up there, but then, you could say the same for OT!! :emoticon-0136-giggl

    Oh, hi Terry........
