A trampoline is a device consisting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs. People bounce on trampolines for recreational and competitive purposes. The fabric that users bounce on (commonly known as the 'bounce mat' or 'trampoline bed') is not elastic in itself; the elasticity is provided by the springs that connect it to the frame, which store potential energy. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image ________________ Jump In
The part about the springs storing the potential energy is most interesting. Never thought of it like that.
Bouncy bouncy, ooh have a good time Bouncy bouncy, all shoes in a line Bouncy bouncy Ooh bouncy bouncy
Not sure I did either, but makes perfect sense. Apart from the part about the trampoline bed not being elastic in itself, I would say it would be impossible for it not to have at least some elasticity(however minute that may be).
I don't think enough is made of the damage a trampoline does to your lawn of left out over a long period of time It's all fun and games until you need to cut the grass
