Just got back and finished my curry (wife away, curry for me and the kids :))

    Here it is from me:

Virgil is sent from some super place to protect us - MOM, although he was closely followed by ......

    ... Wait for it...

Graziano Pelle!!! With JWP and Vic right up there with him. I didn't think Pelle quite hit the beast like first 25 minutes against United, but he was excellent over the 90 minutes. He held it up well and brought people into the game and the only misplaced passes where when he was trying to do the right thing. Great stuff big man.

In patches today, it was like watching Saints if this time last season.

He spent most the half standing in CB position.

Not to take anything away from JWP, but I do think the role he played today will be the position that Clasie will eventually take up.

It was a great high energy display. He is definitely improving all the time and I think in a couple of seasons he will be captain and one of the first names on the team sheet

He's not been playing well, and not getting any real game time. Shame really, as he a good wide player that we can do with now.

Agree with all of his and your pre-match view of East. :)

Ps. Clean your ears out. I saw you walking back after the game and called out to you. You either didn't hear or were avoiding me

I thought I heard "Tom" and I looked round. Trouble is Tom isn't exactly a rare name and I assumed the call wasn't for me. Sorry. It would have been good to chat about the game. :(

He really did want to be the star of the show didn't he.

He didn't get quite as much wrong as the home crowd suggested but when you act like such a self important little sausage people will look rather critically at your decisions.

True, and still is, I think but.... if you take the pointer all the way to the end, the video will end and you'll see related videos. One of them is the first half.

No skill, I only found it by accident, but I've known Footballorgin to cock up quite a few times before. :)
