Anyone watching? They've started pretty well & Chelsea looking slightly more open that usual. Also I can't be the only one thinking Oscar is hugely overrated. Every time I watch him he just doesn't do anything.
Poor that like. Don`t know what Zouma was thinking letting that one go. Still, it gives Mourinho someone to blame now the doctor`s buggered off. Mags are doing canny up to now.
Maybe I'm just a pessimist, but honestly the Mags have looked so much better than us today imo. If this is truly the second worst team in the league we really are ****ed.
They have more fight and bottle and are within 20 feet of a player, not like our lot championship here we come.
When you are playing a "closing down" game like you did you are always going to tire near the end - still a point against Chelsea is not to be sniffed at
Agreed! It was a well earned point at the end of the day. The performance trumped the result and for me, that is the most important thing after the last couple if results (Chelsea would have been hard done by to have lost in my opinion anyway)
Whilst Chelsea were worth a point there's been games when we've played alright and got nothing so I really would have fancied all 3!! According to talksport at the final whistle "for Newcastle a draw against Chelsea here will feel like a win" which I'm sure they say about every team who ship a two goal lead in the final 10 minutes. So I guess I should be happy.
