That was bloody painful. Once we scored the goal we seemed to become terrified of conceding. We seemed to sit back and they looked increasingly like they were going to score. That monkeys for Diouf! Honestly was such a relief when that final whistle went. It was as bad as we have played at home this season but today at least, the points were the most important thing.
At least we got the 3 pts. I have not seen the highlights yet but if it was our worst home performance so far then it's a concern. Defensively we have yet to keep a clean sheet in the PL and yet Butland has been a star. Hopefully the win will help confidence but we do not appear to be performing as a coherent unit compared to last season.

We sat back Ricc, and even Diouf said there were some nerves. Even the crowd went quiet! That said, they did well to come back once Bournemouth had equalised and I'm just glad we have our first win. I thought we've played better in other games and got nothing from them.
Wasn't our best performance by any means but 3 points is 3 points. But land save the day for me, but our defence just isn't working at the moment.
