I was discussing this with a mate who does not have a login and he reckons a good bet would be a rising start from the lower leagues with top league pedigree such as Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Karl Robinson or perhaps Mark Warburton. I know it would probably be unpopular, but I'd be more inclined to get someone like Paulo Di Canio. I heard him on the radio back in the summer and he has some great ideas; a bit misunderstood perhaps. Failing that, Sam Allardyce or even Roy Keane - a manager with a bit of no nonsense discipline.
Heart ruling head, would love to see Shaun Derry have a shot, with Clint as his number 2 - at least there'd be some passion from the bench. Unfortunately, the club need an experienced head at the helm, but TF is unlikely to fork out for Big Sam, and although not a big fan, he's the sort of no-nonsense guy we need.
Ramsey's appointment was an economy appointment, our signings since his appointment have been economy signings. Welcome to the new 'Economy QPR', like switching from Waitrose to Lidl. You can still be successful on a shoestring, but you need the right man at the helm...
I hope we stick with Les and CR, if Les will stick with him. I think they have mostly made good moves in the summer and look to be putting together a decent team, even though when I've seen us we have been ****e. But unfortunately, putting it all together will take time, longer than most of us have patience for.
I'm patient Oslo, have been for nearly 40 years, but I want to see my team play with some balls - last night was an unforgivable capitulation, especially in a local derby, and it's the gutless performances I have an issue with. I could handle being beaten 4-0 if the players showed some passion and determination and we were outplayed by a better team but last night was a ****in embarrassment!
Ronald McDonald could have got a better performance from that pile of SHYTE we fielded last night. Atrocious!
I'm ok with flying 'cattle class' providing there is an experienced pilot at the controls, sadly, CR is taking up valuable airspace and is a long shot at reaching the required destination. Time to hit the 'eject' button before the 'Mayday, Mayday' recording hits the blackbox.
Even when we were chucking money around, our board never sacked managers on a knee-jerk so I suspect CR until at least Christmas. If he were replaced, goodness only knows. Of the names mentioned so far, Big Sam for me.
Les is in for stability I bet if you had to list all championship managers on here without cheating then you would have a poor set of results Try it name them all of the top of your heads ? It's what our club has become is the problem The other clubs maybe bar Leeds have kept their clubs image intact We haven't and this is important IMO So? Another change ? Another roll of the dice? Hail Imaz I say ... A victim of a TF ego trip the one he pre warned about Stay quiet and rebuild the damage CR is in this role but the team looks poor and dull I am hoping for stability a lot more than success Saying we want our rangers back should mean exactly that There is no way this current team and club management deserves top flight football and they certainly don't deserve the traditional Rangers fan base The least they can do is put things as they found it then **** off and die because the club is ****ed up ****s sake Harry Redknapp Joey Barton and no hoops The best number 10 ever IMO gone Then lose to Fulham Lose to Brentford and we are finished You do not lose to Fulham in 2015 When they were premier league fair enough but not now Has the ride all been for nothing? It was a failure
No, don't want big Sam and really don't mind staying in the Championship another till we get it right.......... but getting it right will mean getting a 'real' manager. Not one that talks to the media every five seconds. Chris might be a nice guy but he's not a coaches' clacka. We need an experienced manager to be able to build a team worthy for another tilt at the PL.
I will honestly put my hands up in the air and admit that I know FA. I do however think big Sam could improve things but acknowledge he is not a very popular choice amongst quite a few on here! Who knows, I would love Chris to prove himself but sadly most managers just don't get the time these days.
