I already posted on the Liverpool board that they'll be the envy of the PL if they got Klopp.

Whether you're a die hard Wenger supporter or not, we simply have to move forward. IF we had a choice, Klopp would be the logical successor. He's like a Wenger in his hey day.

Winning doubles against a dominate rival and getting to a CL final. A man who truly believes in the youth system.

Wenger has done a great job sustaining Arsenal whilst paying off the stadium but it's time he stepped down gracefully.

Yeah I agree with all of this.

The weird thing about Wenger is that he is still a better manager than he shows. The main thing that holds Arsene back is his weird sense of pride and ethics. His reluctance to spend and his stubborn approach to tactics both stem from a moral/ethical system that he has created for himself.

What do you mean by that? That he's underrated?

No I mean.. The thing holds Arsene back is his weird sense of pride and ethics. His reluctance to spend and his stubborn approach to tactics both stem from a moral/ethical system that he has created for himself.

He doesn't just want to win - He wants to win while playing 'his way' and without breaking his principles when it comes to spending/economics.

The guy is an ecyclopedia of football, his signings (when he makes them) are generally fantastic.

To some extent I can agree with Gary Neville when he calls Wenger arrogant. The guy won't change despite the outcry from the fans. If Only he was a little more flexible I believe we could still win things under Wenger. But he's not .. so we wont.

Spot on with your assessment of Wenger. His dogmatic approach has held himself and Arsenal back. Unfortunately, as the old adage goes, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. We won't see anything change from here on in, especially at him being at the twilight of his career. Shame.

TBH I'd have Anchelotti over Klopp, Anchelotti is the real deal, especially if we want to win in Europe, the man knows how to get it done in the UCL and has one of the best win records in that competition....He's also won the premier league, so think we will do very good with him.

    And Spurs just scored......

3 offside goals in the Spurs City game. Why are they so reluctant to introduce video technology? Whilst they're celebrating, just get three officials to look at the replay. FFS. The officiating just gets worse and worse.

The actual **** are City doing? Oh right, they are doing their usual bottle job after having topped the table for a few weeks.

We'd have taken this Chav team 11v11 (or as it rightly should have been 10v11)

Mousa Sissoko looks class wherever Newcastle play him.

He's so athletic NUFC tend to play him in attacking positions but I think he is at his best defending and breaking from deep.
