The easy ones are the hard ones. Its the big games we enjoy and tend to win.

Our record v the top sides is better than everyone elses since the start of last season.

We've done what we couldn't do last season, beat the teams that have no intention of playing. That was our biggest problem and it looks like we've found a way to over come it.

It's just the press polishing a turd, they drool over today's result like it was a victory from back in the day when Utd were successful.:bandit:

We have upped our pace tbf and we were getting the ball forward much quicker (well with 3/4 passes instead of 30 lol) the last couple of games. I think the real test will come when we have the CL and Prem to manage. Given the choice I'd take wins in the Prem. Should also play Herrera instead of Rooney.

I give a very balanced opinion UIR <whistle>

As for Liverpool, I think we need to do all we can to keep Livpl fans grounded so they don't make a hasty decision on Rodgers <whistle>

Itwas a fair comment no doubt. I've noticed your ever increasing enjoyment. All about that pace really.

We've argued less in recent weeks. I blame @Diego and his threats.

I think having Martial up top has helped. I know he's scored a few goals (although I'd only put 1 of them down to decent work) but his speed helps you stretch teams a bit more compared to when you just had Rooney up top. Teams could push forward and you were slow in the build up because Rooney wanted to drop deep and then you always had to go backwards or sidewards because you had no one in front to pass to.

A bit of pace up top does a heck of a lot

Yeh that's pretty fair. Even today, Rooney was dropping deep. He fcks up the efficiency of players like Depay as well. I really enjoyed watching Pereira, Depay and Martial the other night. I'd even let him play. But apparently you don't win anything with kids :(
