Still finding last night's total capitulation hard to stomach, but looking forward to England tonking the Welsh later on. If that all goes the shape of a pear who knows what I'll do!

Hate to be the bearer of more bad news but if other teams around us win, we will lose our current position on the table and slide further. Apart from that, life is great!

But if they all fail drug tests they might all lose points. Got to be optimistic.

You will relieved to hear that that scenario hadn't even crossed my mind. If England don't deliver tonight (a one point lucky win against a team that have outplayed us for 79 minutes would be especially sweet), I might use it to hang someone else though, given that I am outnumbered by Welsh and Welsh supporting half breeds at home.

Due to my op yesterday, I shall be lying on the sofa watching whatever I want. Think I'll give a rerun of last nights debacle a miss though.

Had been due to ride a bike sportive near Huntingdon this morning but have a niggling calf strain so had to give it a miss. Perfect weather today too :emoticon-0101-sadsm

On the plus side I've just booked my hotel for Derby away :1980_boogie_down:

And just about to do my train tickets for Birmingham

With any luck I'll wake up later and last night will all have been a horrible dream.....

Am back home for a couple of days, fly out again Sunday.

So i shall spend this glorious Autumnal day walking the long suffering dog between pubs around the Sheffield suburbs with hopefully a steak & kidney pie thrown in.

Have to work for a few hours......fecking self employment......will give all football a miss this afternoon, really can't be arsed to follow any matches, an hour or so of gardening......then a spicy stir fry accompanied by a very pleasant bottle of Corsican Muscat......then the Rugby......

Oh and it's a glorious day here with the sun bouncing off a shimmering sea as I look out the office window supposedly doing some work!!!!!

    Enjoy the day all.....
