Klitschko has hurt his calf FFS.

Has the world gone soft, imagine somebody like Tyson throwing the towel in over something like this? How the feck can you call off a multi million pound Boxing fight and feck thousands of people about who have paid for flights etc over an injured calf :emoticon-0121-angry.

Heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has pulled out of his 24 October fight with Tyson Fury with a calf injury.

Ukrainian Klitschko, 39, was due to defend his WBA, IBF and WBO titles against Britain's Fury in Dusseldorf, but the bout will now be rescheduled.

"It's a bit funny as I predicted this would happen!" tweeted Fury, along with a emoji of an old man.

Klitschko told Bild he was "incredibly sorry", and vowed the fight would be rearranged as soon as possible.

Fury, 27, had called Klitschko "boring" in the build-up to the fight and attended a pre-fight news conference dressed as Batman.

The fight would have been a record-breaking 28th heavyweight title bout for Klitschko and his 19th defence in his second reign as world champion.

    More to follow.

Disappointed. Was looking forward to it. To be fair Tyson Fury has been unlucky with people pulling out of fights with him.

Looking forward to seeing him batter Fury.

These lads want to beat the **** out of each other. Postponing if not fit is the responsible thing for them to do for the sake of their families. They're what's important.

The fans don't give a ****ing **** if they go in unfit, take a hammer blow and never recover.

Don't buy it. Fury has got in his head and Wlad's arse has dropped out.

There was nothing wrong with his calf on Thursday. Surely to rule the fight off they'd assess the extent of the injury over a day or two. Bottle job.

Anyone who thinks Fury doesn't have a chance in this fight knows **** all about boxing.

I love boxing and have been to some great fights... But I wouldn't cross the road to watch Fury.

There's boxers I don't like watching. Fury has been in some dour fights but its due to his tendency to fight within himself. He's a very under rated boxer. This is a great match up with both fighters capable of knocking each other out. Exactly what heavyweight boxing is all about.

Fury is an average fighter at best. He believes his own hype and it's quite sad really. He's a bore.

Furys a very clumsy fighter at times, but I think his record speaks for itself and he more than deserves his title shot.
I think he could cause a few suprises in this fight.

I'll be really surprised if he's not carried out the ring.

Deserves the shot no doubt but he's never shown me that he's anything better than a big awkward guy. Wilder would beat him I reckon...

Coincidentally Conor has got me pretty into mma. Looking forward to his fight.

Can't watch rousey as arm bars make me want to pull my eyes out.
