Well at least he didn't pay £8 million for a player that PSV rejected on a free, because they did something the Govan Gob..didn't...they watched him play.

Like Paris Hilton on a night out with her dad's credit card?

Give me strength. You do realise he is a successful businessman don't you? I actualy think that would make him quite good with his money.

We have perhaps overspent, but in the grand scheme of things that clearly is only a drop in the ocean.

If he is their to simply make money, then surely overspending would be counterproductive?

Just think you actually watched Aquilani play, spent £20m on him and he played about 5 games. Loaned him out to Juventus where he is injury free all season and then you will probably sell him for the £3m he is worth. Money well spent on **** all.

But it not HIS money he is spending.
You now have more midfielders than my wife has shoes but not one decent LB!

    MUFCOK.
Don't even compare Alberto Aquilani to Bebe the littlest hobo.
As for injured players. How much money did you make back on the 'the Canadian Cripple'' aka Owen Hargreaves.

    "The Canadian Cripple"

Couple that with the "Man Utd's summer of shame" and you're on fire

Decided to up sticks and emigrate to Cyprus just over 9 years ago. Great place to live but a bit hot if you are working in the summer.
Glad you took my comments as they were meant (tongue in cheek banter).
