    Long awaited justice is about to be served on Blatter.

    The thing that I don't quite understand, as he is clearly implicated in the statement released from the Swiss OAG, is how has Platini been so recently favourited to take over the presidency from his clearly crooked cohort?

    Close the full thing down and start all over again, get rid of the ****ing lot of them.

    Part of me wonders whether any of this would have happened if we had been awarded the 2018 WC, and if Qatar hadn't been ridiculously awarded the 2022 competition. It's an ill wind...

    The 2018 WC, although slightly suspect, doesn't massively bother me. Russia are at least a nation with some footballing history, though Russian football fans do seem to be massive racist and anti-LGBT pricks.

    2022 is the ****ing insane one. And having it across November and December is plain idiotic anarl. What a corrupt farce.

    Our FA's backing of PlatinI to succeed Blatter was never a good idea and surely this was always going to happen. None of it is fit for purpose.
