Conflicting Reports Surround Sturridge's Return to the Pitch
    Sunday, Aug. 30
"The England forward has pencilled in the visit of Crystal Palace on Sunday November 8," reported the Mirror's Steve Stammers. "If Sturridge comes through that clash unscathed, he will then be in line for an England recall in the prestige friendly against France at Wembley on Tuesday November 17."
Chris Wheeler of the Daily Mail reported on Aug. 20 that "Sturridge could make his comeback after hip surgery against Manchester United at Old Trafford in three weeks' time."
However,, Dominic King of the Daily Mail noted on Aug. 5 that Sturridge can "expect" to feature for the Reds after the first international break. England play San Marino on Sept. 5 and Switzerland on Sept. 8, with Liverpool's game against United taking place Sept. 12.
    Sturridge Returns to Training
    Thursday, Aug. 27
The Guardian reported Sturridge made his return to training Thursday at Melwood.
Sturridge posted a video of his recovery work on Aug. 18:

BENTEKE ON INJURY LIST NOW !.

Sturridge should be 'banned' from participating in any cup matches (apart from the later stages).

Don't risk him - save him for the league. Him ahead of Coutinho and Firmino is a match made in heaven.

Why is it whenever we play a top 5 side we always have several key players out. So Ings or Orgy up top with Firminho taking Coutinho's role and Ibe brought back.

Ah well - after spending £300m, I'm sure we have adequate cover for Henderson. Ah yes, we have injury prone Allen, a sh*t Lucas, a converted winger i.e. Milner and Can.

Henderson was playing through pain and Rodgers selected him for Bournemouth at home. Now he's been sent to America for injections, only arrived back this week and went straight into training. Lo and behold, he injures his other foot. Is this a joke?

Injury has nothing to do with his previous... That was a problem with his heel, this is a broken bone in his other foot.

And we have a ready made replacement for Henderson in Milner... Plus means Rossiter or chirivella might get more game time as well

you keep telling us how Milner and hendo can't play together and now you have your wish and still unhappy

F*ck me, do you ever criticise the club or would you rather nit pick at everything i say?

And yes, the previous injury could be linked to this one - he injured one foot so he's most likely to not put that much pressure on that one, and exert more on the other one. Hopefully we'll find out more info. But either way - you completely ignore the fact that he was told to play against Bournemouth on injections, a game we should be winning anyway.

But please continue to go against everything I say. <ok>
