I see Moore will return today and has taken the ride over Dettori aboard Time Test tomorrow, along with another couple of rides tomorrow.

Good luck with Squire tomorrow Stick/the Don in the Silver Cambridgeshire. Looks competitive enough but 14/1 for yours has got to be worth an ew speculation. All the very best, hope he runs his race and comes back sound.

Yes. If he is 100% fit he should relish the course, distance and a little bit of give. All the best chaps.

Has anyone heard from Stick with regard his view?

It is a strange turn out this year as there does not seem to have any blots on the handicap or group horses still under cover as it was imagined about GM Hopkins last year. If Squire is fit and well and a couple underperformed he is in with a definite chance of a place and after that you never know. I would ask RH to imagine the winning line is at the half furlong pole and see if he can hold on to the line.

I am sure Stick is just happy that his horse is happy to be able to run in such a race on such a good days racing and to use a racing cliché the horse owes no one nothing and I am sure all on here will be rooting for him come tomorrow.... Go on lad.

Good luck with Squire boys. Couple of good chances at Downpatrick tomorrow.

    4.10 Mr Mulliner 10/3
This chaps been one I've flagged up before with his famous clashes with The Informer and he's making his chase debut tomorrow so some risk attached. A course specialist, if he can jump adequately it'll take a good un to fend him off up the run in.

    5.30 Whizzey Rascal 3/1
Bumped into one here the last day. Compensation awaits.

Hey beefy, knew you would be on tipping Mr. Mulliner so I said I'd let you do the donkey work of typing it out ;) I will be backing him tomorrow too. If he gets around safely he's got to be thereabouts. Padraig's Joy the fave was beaten by Miss Dinamic pulling double the last day so the form is flattering to my eye. Only thing is he has the experience where as Mr. Mulliner is jumping the big 'uns publicly 1st time.

Hi Chaps, thanks for the good luck messages. He's very well and we are expecting a big run. He has been off the track for 2 months with a niggle but nothing serious and he's not missed too much work. He's fit and raring to go and the handicapper has kindly dropped him a lb since his last run. This has been his target all year. We wouldn't want the ground to be any softer than it is, ideally a nice dry night and morning and by the time he runs its good ground.
We are hoping for a good strong pace and to sit in behind the leader(s) and get a tow into the race then press the button 3/4 out and see if anything can get past him.... if we get the race run to suit I would be surprised if he didn't go close. Slow pace and we'll have to make it as he'll be very fresh and pull Rabs arms off!!

Fingers crossed, he's definitely worth a poke ew at 14s.

Yeah that's the risk. He didn't jump the hurdles fantastic the last day either but the Downpatrick fences aren't the stiffest around, hopefully he'll be ok :) The bumper hoss is the best bet tomorrow!

Ouch that's a sore one. Speedy recovery.

Well hopefully he does the business then, if the two of ya had gone out of your way to get there, he invariably would have lost so this could be a reverse!
