At present he's riding the crest and finishing beautifully but at his age he'll go through a spell where it won't work and we've got loads of games to play this season hopefully. There's always January if this happens I suppose. In the meantime though, looking forward to seeing the arrogant git in the flesh on Saturday.

Think chiefs shout for Austin isn't a bad one at all. Guy knows how to score and wouldn't cost a fortune. Not cup tied and basically negates the need for Fellaini. Theres a few others around. Mane from Saints (though not a striker). Ighalo from Watford too seems to be banging them in.
Even with LVG sticking him on the wing and/or asking him to defend from the front the lad's played well. He's got everything in his locker as Matt Le Tiss would say. He's definitely going to be a top player, hopefully with us and possibly with us under Jose (!), but that's all down to how and when Woodwood sticks the knife into LVG.
He needs support. Quick read back on this thread shows most of us knew him alone wouldn't be the answer and I for one said there would be a lean spell.
