A hard fought win against a very determined and tough opposition. I thought we showed great character to dig in even when things perhaps didn't go our way but we deserved the win overall. Please don't sack me.

'look - we had a new mix of crap players out tonight - it was never going to be easy - it was their Cup Final .. I was delighted with the effort and overall performance tonight - but we were a wee bit unlucky in front of goal .. we will take the learnings and move on .... I was even more delighted with the patience shown by this very knowledgeable crowd that were with us all the way tonight .
