Yep - stepped out at the wrong time, and even worse, didn't get the ball. Can;t remember but I was having this discussion with someone on here about Lovren and Sakho, and their tendencies to step out - difference between, Sakho often comes out at the right time and wins the ball.
Sounds really bad but I actually don't even care about this game. I've gone past the point of caring about results and performances - it's that bad. Change of manager is the only way to instil confidence and buzz amongst the fans.
Lovren just stood out of position in front of Skerts, who was rapidly back pedaling as usual. Moreno then ran in front of Asamoah instead of running behind him to block his route to goal. Defense is a shambles without Sakho

Did anyone else read this as P45 coming up for Rodgers. I don't see how he can keep the job if we lose this one.. or is it just me being paranoid after talking to my boss today
You do often see it where the fans stop playing for the manager... shouldn't happen but it does. Does make you wonder if the players have lost a bit of faith in Rodgers and performances are suffering because of it.
You know what mate, to an extent I don't agree with this. The results, they happen.. All I personally want as a fan, is a manager who sets his team up to play exciting football. Even in Rodgers first season, after the January window the results were still inconsistent but **** me we played some good football.. Not getting results and dull boring football is what makes me want him out.

I get ya point. But some of his tactical decisions have been so random. No purchase of a DM. Buy Balotelli then make him isolated up front....(similar to Benteke this year) Playing Milner and Henderson in a midfield 3 with no creativity. My point was such vital errors, we got him as a manager because he was exciting and had potential we buy players on that basis. Wouldn't it be great just to have world class.....!! The money we've spent warrants it.
