Have a guess what it'd have cost the other side of the ****ing ship canal <yikes>

  2. Before doing anything formal, have you tried having a quiet word with the nursery first? They may not even realise what they've done.

To the point... If the wall is legally your responsibility then they are not legally allowed to use it for anything without your permission. Therefore, like Tobes says, give them so many days to rectify the situation otherwise you'll take it further. Taking it further should be a legal route rather than you getting it removed and giving them the bill though, they don't legally have to pay said bill if you do that.

  3. If RHC has no issue with it then who are we to argue? (I've not read the entire thread but guessing he provided a postcode etc for the picture to be found)

They do. You put them on "Notice" i think is the term. I'll google the proper term later. You send the letter registered post and give them x amount of days to rectify or your "threat" . Once the registered mail has been signed they have been legally put on notice and accepted it much like a summons.

  5. Bad wording on my part. What I meant was, how would he enforce the payment without resulting in legal actions if they refused to pay? IE better going the legal route immediately (well, after a quiet word first so not quite immediately)

The OP gives the name of the nursery, that's all you need to find his house, as Bisc said was it inadvertent? I'm guessing he's not bothered or he would ask for the thread to be edited. I just highlighted it in case he was unaware <ok>

Get ya ... a fee schedule is the term. People over here getting the banks to stop harassing them by putting them on Notice of the fee to contact them in future <laugh> Gotta love well informed joe soap sticking it to the man.

It is amazing how easy it is to find out addresses from stuff posted on the net. I think under privacy laws it's illegal for websites to give out personal details but seeing as he's doing it himself ...... I don't go on the cheese thread but for those who do, keep a look out for posts about 'strangers' turning up at his house <laugh>

  11. I don't think it would have been too difficult to find had he not given the nursery name out.

He talks about The Cheese all the time; google The Cheese Warrington, get the postcode

He say its only a few minutes walk away. Using the postcode, search for local nurseries.

The fact he openly tells us such details makes this irrelevant anyway. If someone had hacked or been clever about it somehow then I'd have deleted the comments or thread <ok>

I would still be right though. It's the end that matters... Not how you got there.

I vote IBWT hes obviously in a team with Gerrez.

Actually, in the US, my wife's university classes and my kids school classes they don't care what you do. You're only graded on the answer. So if you work out a really complex problem and do everything correct but accidentally write the wrong number in the answer field it's 0 points. If you guess and guess correct... Full points.

    Lazy teaching.
