    Its a dividing wall between your house and the nursery ? If this is the case (even if it was you sanctioned the building of the wall) its basically tough ****. Sorry to be blunt.

    The law is a **** tbh. As long as the side they attached the gate to is on their property which it obviously is theres nothing you can do. Maybe go the noise pollution route but as for them removing it not a hope.

    Look at it like this when you(most people in general) build a dividing wall they either get the side facing their property pebble dashed or the joints pointed nicely and do **** all to the neighbours side. Why ? 1. Cost but 2. That side isnt yours. They just the facts.
