St Johnstone strolled through the game. Their only crumb of comfort was their second half goal and that was only because St Johnstone sat back to defend their 3-0 lead.

They have a couple of decent players and that's about it. And I think they're loanees.

So, in summary, Rangers are ****e but a little less ****e than they were under McCoist.

There was a huge gulf between the two teams last night. Rangers fans can delude themselves that they held their own based on the 2nd half but St Johnstone were of the mindset that the game was already won.

Rangers have 2, maybe 3, decent players. The fact that there's no money to improve the squad would worry me if I was a hun. The fact their front line is lead by a 37 year old Kenny Miller would worry me even more.

But, I'm not a hun, so thank ****. Yer ****e.

We don't need the distraction of a cup run in a competition we've won 27 times before.

Give Saints their due, they hit us on the counter and our defence didn't keep them out, but let's not kid ourselves, we dominated possession against a top 6 SPL team and we're basically a new team who are barely 3 months together with a new manager so disappointed but we'll learn and move on.

Promotion and Petrofac for this Bear.

    ^^^

    Doesn't understand football.

Rangers playing at home, apparently on a par with the Brazil team of 1970 and how many saves did the St Johnstone goalie have to make?

If it wasn't for a good save and an absolute howler of a miss St Johnstone would have had the game wrapped up by half-time.
